Why is the information displayed in Cybertown in such places as the upload page and rules for uploading not accurate or up to date?

The simple answer is the Mall Staff cannot access it. It is a common misconception that the Mall Staff have access to all aspects of the Mall structure. We cannot add, remove or rename shops and we cannot edit all of the information areas.
The only parts we can edit are the mall message boards and the location "information" e.g. the page displayed when the "information" button is selected from the control panel.
All other changes require the assistance of a Comtech, and as we are all aware, they are extremely busy.
